Return & Refund Policy

At Nearhai, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience by connecting customers with trusted local sellers. Since Nearhai is a hyperlocal marketplace, return and refund policies may vary depending on individual sellers. However, the following general guidelines apply:
๐ Returns
- Customers can request a return within 1 day of delivery (depending on the seller’s policy).
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Missing items in the order
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items
- Customized or made-to-order products
๐ฐ Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and verified by the seller, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued via:
- Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.), or
- Wallet/credit (if applicable)
- Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.
๐ Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within a limited time after placing the order.
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

- Each seller on Nearhai is responsible for product quality, packaging, and handling returns.
- Nearhai acts as a platform facilitator and may assist in dispute resolution if needed.
