  • Customers can request a return within 1 day of delivery (depending on the seller’s policy).
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged or defective product
    • Missing items in the order
  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Personal care items
    • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Once the returned product is received and verified by the seller, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued via:
    • Original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.), or
    • Wallet/credit (if applicable)
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.

๐Ÿšš Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within a limited time after placing the order.
  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Each seller on Nearhai is responsible for product quality, packaging, and handling returns.
  • Nearhai acts as a platform facilitator and may assist in dispute resolution if needed.
